This public calendar shows all the litter picks organised as part of the #LitterFree campaignnio G14, G13 and G11. Most will be open to the public to be able to join in but some may be private.

Community Litter Prevention Plan

Glasgow Eco Trust is developing a Community Litter Prevention Action Plan with a wide range of community partners and local businesses.
Litter free poster winners

As part of the #LitterFreeG14 campaign a litter poster competition was held with local primary schools. There were some fantastic entries and delighted to announce the 3 winners.
Borrowing litter picking equipment

There are several local community litter picking hubs where you can borrow litter picking equipment from. Glasgow City Council are also able to loan equipment as well.
Eco Schools Scotland Litter and Waste

Eco-Schools Scotland is part of the largest sustainable schools programme in the world. There are 10 topics to work on including a litter and waste topic.
Report a litter issue

You can report litter and other environmental issues to Glasgow City Council by phone, online and by using the MyGlasgowCC app.

Council Bin Map

Glasgow City Council has an online map of all the locations of street litter bins across the city. This is part of our community litter prevention action plan and litter free campaign.
