BIKE REPAIR BOOKING FORM

Before completing the booking form please ensure that you have read the

bike repairs booking information

IMPORTANT

• We aim to service your bike as quickly and efficiently as possible - this will NOT be done the same day and will not be done while you wait

HOW TO BOOK (IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED ON OUR WEBSITE)

1. Go to www.glasgowecotrust.org.uk
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click ‘Log in’
3. Go to www.glasgowecotrust.org.uk/Events and select the Bike Repair Booking event
4. If the event is fully booked then Sold Out will be shown on the website. 
5. Select a timeslot. We are currently offering repairs on a Tuesday between 10:30am and 11:30am.
6. You can book UP TO TWO bikes per time slot - DO NOT select separate time slots for separate bikes
7. Click 'Book'
8. You will be taken to the 'Confirm booking' page. Please answer all the questions
9. Click 'Confirm'
10. You will be taken to the 'Complete Purchase' page. There is no cost for the booking. The cost of the repair will be confirmed once we have assessed your bike. Any donation you choose to give at this point goes towards supporting our projects, it is not treated as payment towards your repair cost 
11. You will receive an automated booking confirmation from [email protected] - your booking is not confirmed until you have received this email

Go to https://www.glasgowecotrust.org.uk/signup and then complete the process above

ON THE DAY OF YOUR REPAIR

• Your bike is to be dropped at the rear door of the De'ils On Wheels bike workshop, 40 Kingsway Court, Glasgow G14 9SU
• Please remove any pannier bags and store at home
